What should I bring with me?

How long will I stay?
How Long Will I Stay?
Haven is designed as a 90-day residential program, and we encourage every woman to stay as long as she can to get the greatest benefit from treatment.
We believe recovery works best when you come because you want recovery, not simply because you have been ordered to attend. Court-mandated referrals are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
If a court requires you to complete the program, that means remaining for the full 90 days. Completion of the 90-day program is also required for admission into our Sober Living Program.
No matter how long you are able to stay, our goal is to meet you where you are and help you build the strongest foundation for lasting recovery.
-
Can I work or attend school while in treatment?
Our focus is on your recovery, so outside obligations are usually put on hold during your stay. However, we offer workshops to help you prepare for re-entering work or school after treatment.
-
Can I have visitors?
Yes, we encourage family involvement. Visiting hours and family sessions are scheduled based on your treatment plan to ensure a balance between support and focus on recovery.
-
What is the daily schedule like?
A typical day includes group therapy, individual counseling, wellness activities, and time for reflection or personal growth. We also incorporate recreational activities, life skills training, and peer support.
